Easy One Pot Creamy Mince Rigatoni
This easy 30 minute creamy pasta from @laianamehrtens7 will be one of your family’s weeknight favourites.

2 tbsp Oil
½ cup White onion (diced)
2 tsp Minced garlic
500g beef mince
2 tbsp Wattie's Tomato Paste
1 can Wattie's Tomatoes Chopped in Juice
1 cup Beef stock
2 tsp Italian seasoning
½ cup Wattie's Frozen Free Flow Spinach
1 cup Cream
1 packet rigatoni pasta
1 cup Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs, to garnish

Heat a deep fry pan or Dutch oven with oil over a medium heat Step 3
When oil is heated add in onion, garlic and mince. Fry off until onions soften and mince is browned Step 4
Add in Wattie's Tomato Paste, Wattie's Tomatoes Chopped in Juice, beef stock and Italian seasoning Step 5
Bring to a simmer Step 6
Add in Wattie's Frozen Free Flow spinach, cream and pasta. Season with salt and pepper Step 7
Cook until pasta is al dente (10 mins), sprinkle with cheese and garnish with fresh herbs of your choice Step 8
Serve with your favourite crusty garlic bread Tips
