Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All our meal kits are sent through NZ Post  and are delivered on Saturday or Monday between 7am and 5pm depending on where you are located and your chosen day of delivery. Our delivery network reaches approximately 86% of New Zealanders nationwide. To see if we deliver to your area, please click here.

You will receive an email from us with the tracking number for your order when it has been dispatched. All deliveries will be made on your chosen day of delivery. If you are not home on the day or at the time of delivery, don’t worry, the meal kits come in insulated boxes to keep things chilled. If you have not received your order within the delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team.

Returns

Depending on the situation, refunds or credits may be granted, this may apply to:

  • Incorrect products delivered
  • Damaged or missing products
  • Poor quality or missing ingredients
  • Delivery errors out of customer’s control
  • Undelivered Orders

 

We do not provide refunds or credits for accidental orders or change of mind.
