This peanut satay sauce recipe is my new go-to for peanut sauce. It is so easy and I always have the ingredients on-hand, PLUS it's absolutely delicious! Also great to serve with vietnamese fresh spring rolls.

Nice and easy but needs a fresh chilli chopped and added with onion as we like more heat

This is such a quick and easy recipe and tastes so good. It’s the only satay sauce recipe I use now.

I started chucking everything into a Pyrex bowl thinking this was a microwave recipe but then freaked out when I realised it wasn’t! I persisted anyway and it turned out perfect - cook 2 mins! Admittedly I didn’t add onions because I can’t eat them but the taste was still amazing!
