These Manuka Honey Roasted Baby Carrots are an easy side dish to make at any lunch or dinner time.

1 Tbsp Manuka honey
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 garlic clove, crushed
Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
500g pack Wattie's® Baby Carrots
Herb yoghurt, to serve
Toasted almonds, to serve (optional)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C / 200°C fan-forced. Add a baking tray to the oven to heat up.
Step 2
Combine the honey, oil, cumin seeds and garlic in a large bowl. Add the Wattie's Baby Carrots and toss to coat the carrots evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Carefully transfer the carrots to the baking tray in the oven, spread them evenly. Roast for 8-10 minutes, or until the carrots begin to brown and caramelise.
Step 4
Serve warm with herb yoghurt, and almonds if desired.
