For the sauce :
2 tbsp Wattie's Hawkes Bay Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Gochujang paste
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp mirin or rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp Brown Sugar

1 tbsp oil
1 bunch spring onion
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 tbsp crushed ginger
400g Wattie's Wok Creations Vietnamese Style Stir-Fry Vegetables
400g Hokkien noodles
2 tbsp white toasted sesame seeds
½ cup toasted cashew nuts
2 tbsp basil Chopped
1 tbsp coriander Chopped

Step 1
To make the sauce combine the Wattie's Hawkes Bay Tomato Sauce, Gochujang paste, sesame oil, mirin or rice wine vinegar, and sugar. Mix till smooth, set aside.
Step 2
Slice the spring onion, crush the garlic and ginger.
Step 3
Heat a large frying pan with oil to medium heat. Add in the ginger, garlic, and spring onions. Sautee for 2 minutes stirring often. Add in Wattie's Wok Creations Vietnamese Style Stir-Fry Vegetables, sauté till it becomes lightly stir fried. Add in the sauce and allow to sizzle for 1-2 minutes, stirring often.
Step 4
Bring a large pot of water to the boil. When the water is boiling add in the noodles, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Using a pair of tongs, take the noodles straight from the pot and into the pan. Add 2 tablespoons of noodle water to the pan/WOK.
Step 5
Toss the noodles through the saucy vegetables. Scatter in the sesame seeds, chopped basil, coriander, and cashew nuts.
