250g Sour cream
1 ripe avocado
1 red onion
2 - 3 ripe tomatoes

Preheat the oven to 200 °C fan bake.
In a lined tray, add Wattie's Hash Bites and pop into the oven till heated. Add Wattie's Chilli Beanz into a pan with 1 tbsp of oil, stirring till heated.
Take the tray out once cooked, spoon over Wattie's Chilli Beanz. Add sliced capsicum, avocado, red onion, tomatoes. To garnish add coriander and a few dollops of sour cream.
If you don't have the fresh vegetables listed handy, you can sub for 250g Wattie's® Baby Peas and Supersweet Corn cooked according to instructions on pack.
