Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C bake. Line a 12- hole cupcake tin with cupcake cases.

In a medium bowl, mix the cocoa, hot water and vanilla extract. Set aside to cool.

Sift flour, baking soda and sugar in a large bowl and make a well in the centre.
Step 4
Add the Heinz Seriously Good Original mayonnaise into the cocoa mixture, mix until well combined, then add into the flour mixture.
Step 5
Spoon the mixture evenly among the cupcake cases. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Step 6
Beat the butter until creamy. Add icing sugar and cocoa and beat until smooth.
Step 7
Pipe or spread the buttercream over each cupcake.
Step 8
Transfer the white chocolate into a piping bag and pipe a cross over each cupcake.
