We're obsessed with baked brie - topped with caramelised peaches and toasted walnuts this is the perfect addition to any platter

1/2 x 410g can Wattie’s Peaches Sliced in clear Fruit Juice, drained
200g wheel Brie cheese
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp walnuts, toasted and finely chopped*

How do I make it ?
Dice the drained Wattie’s Peaches Sliced in Clear Fruit Juice. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan assisted). Wrap Brie in foil to cover or place in a cheese baker and cover. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is soft to touch in the centre.
While the cheese is cooking make the topping. Place the prepared peaches in a small saucepan. Add honey and balsamic vinegar. Stir and bring to the boil. Allow to continue boiling until fruit has caramelised. Remove from heat.
To serve spoon fruit over the baked Brie and scatter over the chopped walnuts. Serve with assorted crackers.

*Toast the walnuts on a tray in the oven (180°C fan assisted) for approx. 5 mins, being careful not to let them burn
