Satay Peanut Noodles

Satay peanut noodles have never been easier with our pre-made satay sauces. Thrown together in under 25 minutes, it’s a quick and tasty meal solution.

200g egg noodles
200g mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
250ml Wattie's satay sauce
1 spring onion, sliced
3 Tbsp sesame seeds
¼ cup chopped peanuts, toasted
Chilli flakes, optional

Step 1
Cook noodles according to the packet instructions. Reserve ¼ cup of the cooking water and drain.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms and garlic in a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Add in the satay sauce and bring to a simmer.
Step 3
Once simmering add the drained noodles and stir until well coated in the satay sauce, adding in any cooking water if required.
Step 4
Garnish with spring onions, sesame seeds, peanuts and chilli flakes if desired. Serve and enjoy!


Sauté seasonal greens with the mushrooms for an extra serving of vegetables.
