1 tsp of Cornflour
1/2 tsp of Baking Soda
1 tsp minced Garlic
1/2 tsp of crushed ginger

Step 1
Heat oil on a medium heat in pan.
Step 2
Butterfly the chicken breast.
Step 3
Hit chicken breast with mallet to flatten.
Step 4
Slice chicken into bite size pieces.
Step 5
Place chicken into a bowl and coat with half the packet of Wattie's Wok creations sauce and cornflour plus baking soda.
Step 6
Cook chicken for approx 3 mins on each side.
Step 7
Add garlic and ginger and stir.
Step 8
Add half a packet of Wattie's Frozen Mixed Vegetables and stir.
