200g Wattie's Kidney Beans
¾ cup Cocoa powder
100g milk choc chips
1 tsp Baking powder
4 tbsp cold Coconut oil
1/2 cup Golden syrup
1 tbsp Vanilla essence
A pinch of Salt
100g chopped Walnuts

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Step 2
Drain and rinse red kidney beans.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, add kidney beans, cocoa powder, coconut oil, golden syrup, vanilla essence, pinch of salt and baking powder.
Step 4
Blend until the mixture is a thick batter.
Step 5
Add walnuts and choc chips to batter and mix well.
Step 6
Line a 9 x 13-inch (or similar) baking tray with baking paper.
Step 7
Spoon batter into the prepared tray.
Step 8
Place into the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Remove from oven, and let cool completely.
Step 10
Slice into squares and serve.
