85g packet Gregg's Orange Flavoured Jelly Crystals
400g can Wattie's® Fruit Salad No Added Sugar, drained
6 - 8 oranges

Step 1
In a large bowl, dissolve jelly crystals in 1 cup of boiling water. Add 1 cup of room temperature water and stir well to combine.
Step 2
Add the fruit salad and mix to combine before placing in the fridge to set.
Step 3
Cut two eyes, a nose and a mouth out of each orange. Slice 1 cm off the top of each orange, then use a spoon to scoop out the orange flesh and pith. If necessary, cut a little bit off the bottom of the orange to ensure it sits flat.
Step 4
Once set, lightly mash the fruit jelly with a fork, then spoon into each orange, allowing the fruit jelly to spill out the mouths of the Jack O' lanterns.
Step 5
Place the tops on each orange, then serve and enjoy.

Tips

Save the orange flesh and blitz it in a blender to make fresh orange juice.
