Sesame oil
2 eggs
1 spring onion
1 diced tomatoes
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup of rice (refrigerated rice works well here)
2 - 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 - 3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 - 3 tbsp Wattie's® Tomato Sauce

Step 1
Over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and beaten eggs, and cook until they take shape. Remove eggs and put aside.
Step 2
In the same pan add vegetable oil, chopped spring onion, diced tomatoes, and minced garlic and stir till liquid evaporates.
Step 3
Spoon in rice, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and Wattie's® Tomato Sauce. Stir till combined.
Step 4
Serve in a bowl and garnish with spring onions.
