4 cups of rigatoni
2 cups of cream
4 tablespoons of pesto
2 cups of Watties Frozen Peas
1 cup of Panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of Olive oil

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add rigatoni and cook until al dente.
Step 2
Place a pan over a medium heat. Add cream, pesto, salt and pepper. Give it a stir and once it's bubbling and has reduced a little, add the frozen peas. Cook for a couple of minutes then pour in the cooked pasta. Stir through then set aside.
Step 3
Place a pan over a medium heat with olive oil. Add the breadcrumbs and stir consistently until they are golden brown.
Step 4
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the pasta and enjoy! You can always add fresh basil as a garnish too.
