Step 1
Begin by preparing the lettuce and cheese. Shred the lettuce into fine strands and grate the cheese. Quantity will depend on how many tacos you plan to make and the fullness you would like them to be.
Step 2
Heat oil on medium heat in a pan and add drained Wattie's Four Bean Mix In Spring Water. Cook for a few minutes and then add the stock cube and a can of water, bringing it to a boil.
Step 3
Once the beans have boiled for 10 minutes or most of the water has evaporated and the beans are soft, mash them and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Microwave your soft tacos for 20 seconds or heat in the oven if you plan to eat straight away. If transporting, no need to heat.
Step 5
Assemble your tacos by spreading the bean mix on one half of a soft taco, drizzling Wattie's Classic Burger Sauce on the other, and adding cheese and lettuce in the middle, then folding.
