1. Make meatballs by mixing the pork mince, ginger, chilli, garlic and grated apple together and shaping into about 20 small meatballs.
2. Heat a dash of oil in a non-stick frying pan, add meatballs and cook on a medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel.
3. Add the Wattie’s Frozen High Fibre Mix to the pan and stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Return the meatballs to the pan and pour over Wattie’s WOK Creations Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce and heat for 1-2 minutes before serving on steamed rice.
