Sweet and Sour Pork Meatballs are simply delicious. The addition of a high-fibre vegetable mix makes this quick, one-pan meal a very healthy pick!

400 g pork mince
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1 tsp chilli, finely diced (optional)
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 apple, peeled and grated
400 g packet Wattie's Frozen High Fibre Mix
125 g pouches Wattie's WOK Creations Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce

Sweet & Sour Sauce

Wattie's®Sweet & Sour Sauce is a delicious sauce that will be enjoyed by the whole family. Great for dipping or served with chicken nuggets or fish.

Method
Step 1
1. Make meatballs by mixing the pork mince, ginger, chilli, garlic and grated apple together and shaping into about 20 small meatballs.
Step 2
2. Heat a dash of oil in a non-stick frying pan, add meatballs and cook on a medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel.
Step 3
3. Add the Wattie’s Frozen High Fibre Mix to the pan and stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until cooked. Return the meatballs to the pan and pour over Wattie’s WOK Creations Sweet & Sour Stir-Fry Sauce and heat for 1-2 minutes before serving on steamed rice.
