Sauté diced onion until translucent. Add crushed garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add beef mince and cook until browned.

Season with Cajun, salt and pepper.

Add Watties chilli beans and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Assemble Crunchwrap with grated cheese, mince mixture, corn chips, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce. Add the mini tortilla on top and start filing over the edges until sealed all the way around.

Transfer each Crunchwrap to a pan, seam side down. Heat on medium for 1 minute per side until crispy. Serve and enjoy.
