Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan bake. Heat a dash of oil in a large oven proof pan and cook the onions, garlic, carrot, celery, oregano and paprika until the vegetables begin to soften. Add beef mince and brown over a high heat, while breaking up with a wooden spoon.
Step 2
Stir in chilli beanz and crushed and sieved tomatoes. Simmer until heated through.
Step 3
Cook the gnocchi according to the packet instructions, then transfer into the mince. Stir to combine, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
Step 4
Place in the oven to bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
