200g Swiss cheese, such as Emmental or Gouda
½ cup lemon juice
120g Wattie's® Traditional Gravy
1 Tbsp cornflour
To dip :
Wattie's® Baby Carrots and Whole Baby Beans
Wattie's® Broccoli & Cauliflower Medley
Wattie's® Crunchy Beer Batter Steak Cut Fries
Pickled cucumbers or pickled onions

Step 1
Cook the Wattie's dip accompaniments to pack instructions.
Step 2
Grate the cheeses and mix together.
Step 3
Add the sachet of Wattie's Traditional Gravy powder and cornflour to the lemon juice and mix well to ensure all lumps are removed. Pour into a saucepan with ½ cup of water and the grated cheese.
Step 4
Stir continuously over low heat until the cheese melts and the fondue comes together to a smooth even sauce.
Step 5
Take the pan to the table and serve immediately with your dipping accompaniments.
