I am not a cook. Thought i would try this as it seemed easy. Used 2 small eggs instead of 1 which made the meatballs not keep there shape so i mashed them all up instead and made a stew. Much to my families amusement. Very tasty. Would definately make again.

O.K I suppose but for a non-cook (my husband), he read until the rice is cooked. Where did we do this bit!!

I didn't have on hand a Condensed Tomato
soup so used a packet of mushroom instead. Family loved the favour. So now have two different ways of making this recipe

Absolutly loved it, great flavour. Ah the rice goes in the meetballs.....

Perhaps on the night using the chopped sage it would've been better, however frozen and reheated with fresh silverbeet, it was very tasty! I also added the oil to the meatballs by mistake, but it didn't seem to matter.
