210g pouch Wattie's WOK Creations Honey Soy Stir-Fry Sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp minced ginger
8 (700g) chicken drumsticks
1 Kg Sunrice Long Grain Rice

Step 1
Pour Wattie's WOK Creations Honey Soy Stir-Fry Sauce into a lasagne style ovenproof dish. Stir in garlic and ginger. Add chicken drumsticks and turn to coat in the sauce. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 200°C (fan bake). Bake chicken drumsticks for 30 - 35 minutes, turning the chicken every 10 minutes to glaze. Remove the chicken from the pan.
Step 3
While the chicken is baking, cook Sunrice long grain rice according to packet directions. Once the chicken is cooked remove the chicken from the pan. Deglaze the pan with ½ cup of water. Pour into a saucepan and heat until boiling. Serve chicken drumsticks on rice and accompanied with the honey soy sauce. Serve with steamed bok choy, green beans or courgettes.
