425 g can Golden Circle Pineapple Crushed in Juice
850g can Wattie's Black Doris Plums in Syrup
Additional ingredients :
1 cup sweetened natural Greek- style yoghurt
Zest of 1 orange
1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)

Method (for yogurt ice-blocks) :
Step 1
Select your canned fruit item and drain the syrup or juice from the fruit.
Step 2
Place the drained fruit with juice or syrup in a food processor or blender (remove stones if using plums).
Step 3
Fold in the greek-style yoghurt, swirling it through rather than stirring it into the fruit completely.
Step 4
Pour into ice block moulds. Freeze until firm.
Step 5
*You can swap out the greek-style yogurt for coconut yogurt if preferred.
Method (for dairy free ice-blocks) :
Step 1
Select your canned fruit item and place the drained fruit with juice into a food processor or blender.
Step 2
Add the orange zest (optional).
Step 3
Process until smooth.
Step 4
Pour into ice block moulds. Freeze until firm.
Method (for spiced plum dairy-free ice-blocks) :
Step 1
Drain the Wattie's Black Doris Plums and reserve the syrup. Remove the stones from the plums.
Step 2
Place the plums and syrup in a food processor or blender with the ginger.
