• 410 g can Wattie's Pears in Juice
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • Ice
  • 2 x 330 ml bottles ginger and lemon kombucha
  1. Puree the Wattie’s Pears and juice in a blender or food processor until smooth. Stir in the honey or maple syrup and orange juice.
  2. Fill 4 tall glasses with ice. Divide the pear puree mixture between the glasses then top up with ginger and lemon kombucha. Garnish with orange slices and finely sliced ginger.
