Step 1
Mix together Weet-Bix™ and oats in a large dish. Pour over milk, vanilla and maple syrup if using. Stir until well combined then flatten out the mixture into an even layer.
Step 2
Fold the plums through the yoghurt until just combined, then spread on top of the Weet-Bix™.
