Step 1
In a mixing bowl beat together eggs, flour and hoisin sauce until smooth. Fold in spring onions, cabbage and chilli flakes.
Step 2
Heat enough oil to just cover the base of a frying pan. Spoon ¼ of the pancake mixture into the pan. Fry over a medium heat, pressing the pancake down with a fish slice, for approximately 5-6 minutes, turning until golden on each side. Keep warm while cooking remaining mixture.
Step 3
Serve pancakes topped with Heinz Seriously Good Japanese Style Mayo, sliced spring onions, pickled ginger and crispy shallots.
Tips
Allow cooked pancakes to cool. Place on a tray in a single layer and freeze. Once frozen pack into an airtight container or sealable plastic bags. Wrap in foil and re heat in the oven.
