Step 1
Heat the Wattie's Baked Beanz in a small saucepan until warm. Stir through the spinach and remove from the heat.
Step 2
Bring a frying pan to medium-high heat with a dash of oil. Slice the capsicum into two 2cm rings.
Step 3
Cook the capsicum for 3 minutes, then flip and crack an egg into each capsicum ring. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the white is set and the yolk is still runny.
Step 4
Distribute the Wattie's Baked Beanz between two plates and add a capsicum egg on each.
