200g wheel Brie cheese
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp walnuts, toasted and finely chopped*

Step 1
Dice the drained Wattie's Peaches Sliced in Clear Fruit Juice. Set aside.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan assisted). Wrap Brie in foil to cover or place in a cheese baker and cover. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is soft to touch in the centre.
Step 3
While the cheese is cooking make the topping. Place the prepared peaches in a small saucepan. Add honey and balsamic vinegar. Stir and bring to the boil. Allow to continue boiling until fruit has caramelised. Remove from heat.
Step 4
To serve spoon fruit over the baked Brie and scatter over the chopped walnuts. Serve with assorted crackers.
Tips
*Toast the walnuts on a tray in the oven (180°C fan assisted) for approx. 5 mins, being careful not to let them burn
Replace the Brie with camembert if preferred.
