Yummo! Had to reduce the amount of sugar a wee bit the second time I made this as it was too sweet for us. But with a little tweak it's Just Perfect!

Saw this recipe on tele, first recipe I added to my cookbook this morning, and wouldja believe it, a work mate had made some and brought it in to work for morning tea! She'd used a size 18 pan, which made the pieces thicker, which I think helped make this into a superbly moist and delicious brownie. YUM! Will definitely be making it (and often!)

im definetly giving this a go, we dont have deserts that often, but this looks like a family favorite. So many of you enjoyed. I didnt even think to put differant fruit in, hope it still works for me.

Michelle Butler Stoney's Review | Rating

I've used this recipe about 20 times now. Always comes out moist and delicious. Instead of boysenberries I usually put in chunks of milk and white chocolate or jaffas. Everyone loves it when I make them and have to hide half of them to make them last more than a day.

Not bad. Not bad at all. Add a heap of chocolate to compensate for cocoa and sugar. Or you can add all of the above PLUS chocolate. It tastes totally divine either way. Serve with french vanilla ice cream. Beautiful.

I've made this a number of times in the years since this first came on the FIAM website and it's completely fool-proof and works perfectly every time. I no longer make the boysenberry sauce, I cheat and use a store bought raspberry sauce and a dollop of freshly whipped cream then sit back and wait to hear the mm-mmmms as people tuck in. Love it. :)
