Preheat the oven to 200°c (180°C fan)
Step 2
Put the bread in a food processor or blender until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients together except for the Wattie's Pork Gravy with your hands and form into balls. Put in the fridge to rest for half an hour or until the next day.
Step 4
If you're cooking a roast, put the stuffing balls in the roasting tin about half an hour before the end of the cooking time. Turn over after 15 minutes or just cook on their own for 30- 40 minutes until crispy and golden brown on the outside.
Step 5
Serve on a plate with Wattie's Pork Gravy for dipping or serve with your Christmas meat and vegetables.
