4. How do I pre order?

If the meal kit says it is available for pre order, then you follow the same purchase process. Click "Buy Now" on the bundle and purchase your order. Once you have purchased your meal kit, it will be dispatched on the date stated on the meal kit info page. 

12. What are the meal serving sizes?

Each recipe in a meal kit serves 4 people. There are 4 recipes for the week

14. Do you provide nutrition information for each recipe?

Yes we do! You can find the nutrition information for each recipe within the meal kits page or in each recipe card. Please note, nutrition information are estimates only. Variations may occur due to product availability and food preparation

15. How long do the ingredients last?

All our food is sourced, packed and delivered fresh and expected to last through the week. We will specify in the recipe card which recipe is best cooked earlier in the week to ensure maximum freshness. Just follow the instructions on the recipe card.

11. How long do the recipes take to cook?

A majority of our recipes take around 30 to 45 minutes to cook. There are some exceptions to this, when meals need to be oven-baked. Our recipe cards also shows you the average cook time.

5. Can I change my delivery address after checkout?

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing an order. If your order has already been sent we can't change the delivery address.

16. What pantry staples do I need to supply?

Each meal kit comes with the main ingredients you need to cook the recipe such as the meat, produce, herbs and spices and sauces and you will need to ensure you have key pantry staples before cooking the recipe. Pantry staples are household basics you'll likely to have at home, this can include: oil, butter, salt, pepper, soy sauce etc. Pantry staples are identifiable through the "*" symbol in your recipe cards.

7. There are missing ingredient(s) in my meal kit or an item is damaged/broken

If you are missing an ingredient or you received a damaged item, please accept our apologies! Please contact us as soon as possible to help rectify the issue and get you what you need.

8. I live abroad, can I get Food in a Minute Meal Kits delivered here?

At this time, Food in a Minute Meal Kits deliveries are only available for purchase and delivery in New Zealand. To see if we deliver to your area, please click here .

1. Where do you deliver to?

Our delivery network reaches approximately 86% of New Zealanders nationwide. To see if we deliver to your area, please click here.

All our meal kits are sent through NZ Post and are delivered on Saturday or Monday between 7am to 5pm depending on where you are located and your chosen day of delivery. 

2. I have ordered 2 meal kits but I have only received one

We have to pack and send each meal kit separately due to weight allowances. There may be occasions where we aren't able to send multiple meal kits in the same order, at the same time, but don't worry, they will arrive on the same day. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your order when it has been dispatched. All deliveries will be made on your chosen day of delivery. If you are not home on the day or at the time of delivery, our meal kits come in insulated boxes to keep things chilled. If you have not received your order within the delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team.

3. You don't deliver to my area, what can I do?

At this stage we are only able to deliver to areas specified here.

9. How long will my delivery take?

All deliveries will be made on your chosen day of delivery. You will receive an email with the tracking number for your order when it has been dispatched.  If you are not home on the day or at the time of delivery,our meal kits come in insulated boxes to keep things chilled. If you have not received your order within the delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team.

10. Can I see upcoming recipes next week?

As part of Food in a Minute's 25th birthday, we are revealing a new meal kit each week. So, remember to check in beginning of the week to see what recipes are in the next kit.

13. Do you cater to any dietary requirements or allergies?

At this stage our meal kits contain set recipes, please check the recipe and the ingredients within the meal kit carefully before purchasing and also check the back of packaged products upon arrival. If you have any questions on the recipes or ingredients, please contact us.

17. Where are your ingredients sourced from?

Our fresh produce and meat ingredients are sourced by our fulfillment partner - My Food Bag. For details on their ingredients click here. We provide all Kraft Heinz full sized ingredients for each recipe, if you like to know more about our products contact us.

6. Can I swap ingredients within the meal kits??

All the recipes and ingredients within the meal kits are set so we can't change or swap any of the products.
