This easy recipe can be made with either prawns or chicken and the flavour has been perfected for you.

Ingredients
1 lime, cut in half
1 Tbsp sugar
1 red onion, sliced
2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Thai Seasoning
200 ml lite coconut milk
400 g prawns or boneless chicken, cut into strips
4 cups Wattie's International Stir-Fry Mix

Step 1
Heat a wok or frying pan. Press cut lime into sugar to coat and place in hot pan to caramelise. When lime has browned remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2
Heat a dash of oil in a wok and stir-fry the onion for 1 minute. Add Gourmet Garden Thai Seasoning and pour in the coconut milk. Add prawns or chicken. Cook for 1 minute for prawns or 5 minutes for chicken.
Step 3
Add the Wattie's International Stir-Fry Mix and cook for a further 3-5 minutes. Serve on noodles or rice with the caramelised lime.
