4-6 chicken drumsticks
1 onion, chopped
1 spicy chorizo sausage, chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika (optiol)
400 g can Wattie's Tomatoes Chopped in Purée
420 g can Wattie's Smokey BBQ Beans

How do I make it ?
Heat a dash of oil in a lidded pan. Brown chicken. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add onion and chorizo sausage. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir in smoked paprika.
Pour over Wattie’s Tomatoes Chopped in Purée and add Wattie’s Smokey BBQ Beans. Stir. Return chicken to pan. Cover. Simmer for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasiolly until chicken is cooked. (Altertively cook in a 180°C oven for 1 hour). Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with rice or creamy mashed potato and your favourite green vegetables.
