This just couldn’t be easier! Simply put it all in a casserole or crockpot and let all the lovely flavours simmer together, then serve tossed through pasta as we have done. It's just as great with potatoes or rice.

750 g 100% New Zealand Trim Pork, diced
1 leek, sliced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
400 g can Wattie’s Chunky Arrabiata Pasta Sauce
½ cup white wine
½ cup water
1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried rosemary
3 cups fresh spinach leaves, torn

How do I make it ?
1. Preheat oven to 160ºC
2. Combine diced 100% New Zealand Trim Pork, leek, carrots, Wattie's Chunky Arrabiata Pasta Sauce, white wine, water and rosemary in a casserole dish and mix well.
3. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until the pork is tender.
4. Season with pepper and stir through the fresh spinach leaves, cover and rest for 3-4 minutes. Serve with pasta.
Crockpot/Slow cooker instructions:
Place all the ingredients except the water and spinach into the slow cooker and cook on LOW for approx 8 hours (refer to your user manual). No water is required. Follow step 4 to complete and serve with pasta.
