Step 1
Heat a dash of oil in a saucepan and cook onion and garlic for 2 minutes or until soft but not coloured.
Step 2
Add mince and continue cooking for a further 5 minutes, until mince has changed colour but not browned.
Step 3
Add 1 ½ cups boiling water, Worcestershire sauce and Wattie's Tomato Sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
In a cup, mix cornflour with 2 tablespoons of cold water and stir until it becomes a smooth paste.
Step 5
Add the cornflour paste and the Wattie's Frozen Mixed Vegetables to the mince and continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes.
Step 6
Serve on hot toast with extra Wattie's Tomato Sauce.
