It was a classic back in the 70’s for a good reason. Traditiolly served in individual glasses our twist is to simply serve as a whole salad to share. We guarantee this will be one of the most popular dishes on the table at your place.

400 g pkt cooked frozen prawn cutlets, thawed, tails removed
1 avocado, peeled and diced
250 ml bottle Eta Thousand Island Dressing
salad leaves
Paprika for garnish
Lemon wedges

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Put the prawns and avocado into a bowl. Carefully mix through about 1/3 cup Eta Thousand Island Dressing.
Step 2
Make a bed of salad leaves on a serving platter. Pile the prawns and avocado onto the leaves. Sprinkle a little paprika to garnish before serving. Serve with a lemon wedge on the side.
