½ cup orange juice

Method
Step 1
Puree the Wattie’s Pears and juice in a blender or food processor until smooth. Stir in the honey or maple syrup and orange juice.
Step 2
Fill 4 tall glasses with ice. Divide the pear puree mixture between the glasses then top up with ginger and lemon kombucha. Garnish with orange slices and finely sliced ginger.
