Just Hummus is a great addition to your lunchtime wrap. Try mashing with avocado and coriander and is also a great altertive to guacamole and sour cream.

What do I need ?

Just Hummus with Garlic and Lemon
1 whole meal wrap
¼ avocado, mashed
Handful of coriander leaves, choppped
½ cup shredded cooked chicken
¾ cup shredded cos lettuce
Black Bean Salsa

How do I make it ?

Step 1
1. Stir mashed avocado into Just Hummus with Garlic & Lemon and freshly chopped coriander to taste.
Step 2
2. Lay the wholemeal wrap on a board and spread with the hummus and avocado mixture.
Step 3
3. Place lettuce, chicken and salsa on the wrap. Roll the wrap up and serve.
