Honey-glazed Halloumi Burgers

Glazed in honey, herbs and lemon, the juicy halloumi slices are topped with fresh avocado and pickled onions for a perfectly-balanced summer burger.

Ingredients
Halloumi:
6 slices of Halloumi
1 tbsp honey
Juice of a lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Gregg's Mixed Herbs
Caper Aioli:
1tbsp Heinz Mayonnaise
1tbsp capers
1tsp caper juice
1tsp Gregg's Paprika
1tsp Gregg's Mixed Herbs
1tsp Greggs Garlic Granules
Salt and pepper
Burger:
Two burger buns
Half an avocado
Approx. 6 cos lettuce leaves
Pickled onion (you can buy this from the supermarket)

Step 1
Cut the halloumi into six slices and fry in the olive oil on medium heat for 1min. Pour over the honey, mixed herbs and lemon juice and cook for a further minute. Flip the halloumi and cook 2 minutes.
Step 2
For the aioli. Mix together all the ingredients (mentioned above) and set aside.
Step 3
To assemble the burger, slather the aioli on the burger bun, mash some avocado, place the lettuce leaves, halloumi and pickled onions on top.
Tips
Serve with some extra lemon slices and enjoy!
