Here’s our simple lamb culets recipe for your next BBQ. Switch it up by sprinkling over dukkah before serving with garlic aioli or have it your way by dipping into your favourite condiments.

2 Tbsp dukkah* (optional)

How do I make it ?
Preheat the BBQ grill. Brush lamb cutlets with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Place the cutlets on the BBQ and over a medium high heat cook cutlets for 6-7 minutes, turning after 3 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Lamb should still be pink inside.
Sprinkle over dukkah if using before serving with HEINZ [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ Garlic Lovers Aioli. Garnish with fresh thyme and rosemary sprigs if wished. Accompany with a fresh green salad and crusty bread on the side.
