Step 1

Brown mince until almost fully cooked, add pasta sauce and simmer together for 5 minutes. While that is simmering, microwave roasters for 4 minutes or until defrosted.

Step 2

Add mince mixture, peas and corn, half the roasters and half the cheese to a bowl and mix to combine.

Step 3

Transfer the beef mixture to an oven-safe dish.

Step 4

For the cheesy potato topping, top with remaining roasters and grated cheese.

Step 5

Bake at 200c for 30 minutes until nice and golden.
