200g firm tofu, cut into 1cm cubes
160g steam bag Wattie's SteamFresh Green Beans, Broccoli & Sugarsnap Peas Vege Mix
250g packet microwave rice
2 Tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 Tbsp lime juice
½ red capsicum, thinly sliced
3 spring onions, sliced
Handful fresh coriander leaves

Heat a dash of sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu until golden

Step 4
