2 tsp oil
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups cold cooked rice
1 tsp crushed garlic
400 g packet b>Wattie’s Wok Creations Hong Kong Mix
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp mild chilli puree
1-2 Tbsp coriander
2 spring onions, sliced

How do I make it ?

Step 1
1. Heat the oil in a wok or large non-stick frying pan. Add beaten egg and cook for 1 minute stirring until it is soft scrambled. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
2. Add in cooked rice, garlic, Wattie's Wok Creations Hong Kong Mix, sesame oil, chilli and coriander. Toss for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked and everything is piping hot. Stir through cooked egg and serve garnished with spring onions.

To make this a full meal, add 200g diced cooked chicken or diced ham when adding the vegetables.
