Step 1
Cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions. Drain.
Step 2
While the spaghetti is cooking heat a dash of oil in a deep frying pan. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Add the courgettes and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly soft. Pour over HEINZ [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ Creamy carbonara Pasta Sauce. Add cooked chicken and bacon into the pan. Cook over medium heat until the sauce is bubbling and chicken heated, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Mix in the cooked spaghetti. Serve garnished with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve.
Tips
Add ¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts just before serving.
Swap It Out
When courgettes are in short supply and expensive replace with 1 ½ cups frozen peas - and add to the pan with the sauce and chicken.
