This is the perfect midweek meal when you need to feed the family in a hurry. It's hard to resist the combination of piping hot creamy sauce and smoked chicken. Enjoy!

Ingredients
250 g dried spaghetti or fettucine
4 rashers bacon, chopped
2 courgettes, sliced
500 g jar HEINZ [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ Creamy carbonara Pasta Sauce
400 g cooked chicken pieces
Handful fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Method
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions. Drain.
Step 2
While the spaghetti is cooking heat a dash of oil in a deep frying pan. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Add the courgettes and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly soft. Pour over HEINZ [SERIOUSLY] GOOD™ Creamy carbonara Pasta Sauce. Add cooked chicken and bacon into the pan. Cook over medium heat until the sauce is bubbling and chicken heated, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Mix in the cooked spaghetti. Serve garnished with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve.
Tips
Add ¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts just before serving.
