Preheat oven to 220°C.

Oven bake Wattie's Shoestring Fries according to packet directions. When cooked transfer to a lasagne style dish. Turn oven onto fan grill.

Step 3

Toss Mediterranean Basil Pesto Chunky Dip through the fries to coat. Scatter over grated cheese. Place under preheated grill and cook until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
