16 Wattie's frozen Hash Bites
8 eggs
½ small onion, diced
3-4 Kransky Sausages, sliced
Handful fresh parsley leaves, chopped
4 regular sized soft tortilla wraps
Wattie’s Tomato Sauce

Step 1
Preheat oven to 210°C (fan assisted). Place Wattie’s frozen Hash Bites on an oven tray in a single layer. Cook for 10-15 minutes, until golden and cooked.
Step 2
While the hash bites are cooking, beat the eggs together in a bowl or jug. Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan. Add onion and kransky sausages and cook over a medium low heat until the onion has softened. Pour in the eggs and allow them to start to set before gently stirring to scramble. Do not over-cook the eggs – they should be soft and just set. Fold through the chopped parsley.
Step 3
To assemble: Heat the tortilla wraps according the packet instructions. Spread the base of each wrap with Wattie’s Tomato Sauce. Divide the scrambled egg mixture between the wraps and place down the centre of each wrap. Top with the cooked hash bites and fresh spinach and chopped tomatoes if wished. Roll the wraps to enclose the filling. Cut in half before serving.
