420 g can Wattie's Mild Chilli Beans
Fresh coriander leaves
- Spoon the Wattie’s Mild Chilli Beans into a food processor or blender and pulse until blended but still chunky. Transfer to a microwaveable container or saucepan and heat until warm. Top with a dollop of sour cream and fresh coriander leaves. Serve with corn chips.
- This recipe can be used as a delicious vegetarian nachos topping.
- This dip is also delicious added into other Mexican dishes like to tacos, nachos or burritos.
- Purée the beans for more time if you want a smoother dip texture.
