1kg potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Grease a 20 x 30cm ovenproof dish with butter and layer the potatoes alternately with the onion.
- Mix together the milk and cream with salt and white pepper and pour over the potatoes.
- Place in the oven and bake for 60-70 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
