Boysenberry Yoghurt Ice Blocks
Makes 10 Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 6-8 hours in the freezer


  • 410gm can Wattie's Boysenberries in Syrup
  • 1 cup sweetened natural Greek yoghurt


1. Place the Wattie’s Boysenberries in syrup including the syrup into a bowl. Fold in the yoghurt, swirling it through rather than stirring it into the boysenberries completely.

2. Pour into ice block moulds. Freeze until firm.
