Sundried Tomato Cheese Ball
Serves 10-12 Prep Time 10 minutes


  • 135 g pottle Mediterranean Sundried Tomato Chunky Dip
  • 125 g traditional cream cheese, softened
  • 125 g grated tasty cheese
  • 1 handful chopped fresh parsley
  • ⅓ cup walnut pieces, finely chopped


  1. Mix together Mediterranean Sundried Tomato Chunky Dip, cream cheese, tasty cheese and parsley. Form into a ball with your hands.
  2. Roll cheese ball in chopped walnuts. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate until firm. Serve with your favorite crackers or crusty bread.
