• 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ½ telegraph cucumber, sliced lengthwise and cut into small pieces
  • 50 g feta, crumbled
  • 1 handful fresh basil or parsley leaves
  • Eta Lite and Free Balsalmic Vinaigrette infused with Roasted Garlic to taste
  • On a platter place cherry tomatoes, onion and cucumber. Scatter over the crumbled feta and herbs.
  • To dress, drizzle generously with the Eta Lite and Free Balsalmic Vinaigrette.
